Many simple:

- If you want to finalize your purchase, you must check your order (see if the desired sizes and models are selected correctly). Then confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions and put your name and NIF if you want an invoice with tax data. Then go ahead and click on "FINALIZE PURCHASE"
- Fill in the shipping data: E-mail; Name; Last name, Full address and Contacts (if you want to use MBway as a payment method, the contact to be entered must be the one configured with the MBway application).
- If you have a discount code to use, type it in "DISCOUNT CODE" and click "APPLY". Otherwise, go ahead and click on "CONTINUE TO SHIPMENT";
- Shipping costs are variable, they are related to the value of the order and the location of delivery. Go ahead and click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT";
- Choose the payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, MBway (you only have 5 minutes to make the payment after placing your order) or Multibanco Payment (if you choose MB, the order will only be processed after you have made the payment for the MB reference generated in the next step);
- If you want the billing address to be the same as the shipping address, click on "SAME SHIPPING ADDRESS"; if you want to put another one click on "USE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS" and fill in the data you want;
- Finally, click on "MAKE MY ORDER" and the summary of your order will be generated (as well as the MB Reference if you have chosen this payment method).
- Then you just have to wait for them to arrive.
Orders placed cannot be modified, therefore it is not possible to change quantity/size and/or add/remove items.

Shipping varies depending on the country of destination and the products purchased under the following conditions:

Free shipping on orders over €75.00
EUROPEAN UNION (except Portugal and Spain):
Standard Shipping (between €0.00 and €99.99) - €15.00

The delivery times for our products vary according to the place of destination of the order according to the following deadlines:

Payments
At foursoul.pt you can make payments through: Multibanco Reference, Paypal, MBway or Credit Card.
If you choose to pay for your order using Multibanco References, it will only be processed once the order has been paid for. FOURSOUL is notified of the payment and processes the order without the need to send any proof.
In the case of MBway payments, you only have 5 minutes to make the payment. If you do not receive the pending payment notification from the MBway App, enter the application and the payment will be available to be made.
Of course. Payment is completely secured by major worldwide authentication systems such as TrustWave. On the other hand, all information that is entered for the purchase will comply with the processing of personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. For payments made by credit card and Paypal, the sum of orders will only be debited at the time of shipment. Orders paid by multibanco and mbway reference will be debited at the time the User makes the payment.
Exchanges and Returns

It is not possible to replace products in orders completed autonomously. However, if it has not yet been issued, you can request a change to it via email info@foursoul.pt. If it has already been shipped, you can wait for the order to be received and then exchange it.

Yes you can.
To do this, you must go to the customer area, enter the orders you want to return. Click on the "RETURN ORDER" button, the button will generate an email for you to send the products you want to return. Despite sending more than one email because there are several orders, you can use only one DPD RETURN tag.
The refund will be made preferably using the same method of payment chosen for the online purchase. If there is any technical problem, we can make it via bank transfer.
