Can I exchange my purchase online?

Yes, you can exchange your order up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the products maintain their original characteristics and show no signs of use. To make an exchange, all you have to do is:

For orders delivered in Portugal and Spain, there is a RETURN label inside the box. You must place this label on the return package and deliver it to the DPD office.

For deliveries in Portugal and Spain, the customer will assume the cost of €4.90 which will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made preferably using the same method of payment chosen for the online purchase. If there is any technical problem, we can make it via bank transfer.

To exchange orders sent to the rest of Europe and the World, the return costs are at the expense of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable where shipping costs have been applied.

Attached: 2 or 3 clear photographs that clearly show the problem encountered with the product.

Your product will be analyzed in the quality department. We will proceed with its repair if it is a simple and easy-to-solve problem, allowing the reduction of waste. This solution will only be enabled if it does not bring any inconvenience to you. If repair is not possible, we will replace it.

This process takes approximately 10 business days.
